2. Contribute – After completing registration follow the steps in the confirmation page to submit your contribution using Paypal. If you missed that, look up here to find your name and contribution amount, using the paypal link, submit your contribution.
3. Reserve your room at Sheraton hotel using our negotiated group rate (which includes breakfast)
4. Make your flight/transportation arrangement

2. Per Adult attending – $135 ($95 for Children between 4 to 12). This cost goes towards, Lunch and Dinner on Saturday, Hotel service charges for lunch and dinner, Picnic lunch on Sunday, transportation expenses to picnic spot, Picnic shelter rental and other related incidentals.

You will receive refund of $135 per adult and $95 per child after 3% credit card charges. Send an email to events@nitraaoverseas.org.

Yes, but they can not attend the alumni only sessions on Saturday. They can attend all social hours, picnic etc. You need contribute additional adult/child meal/picnic/entertainment charges as mentioned here: https://www.nitraaoverseas.org/events/2016-annual-convention-2/registration-charges

You can pay onsite at the event or you can use the PayPal link here: https://www.nitraaoverseas.org/events/2016-annual-convention-2/registrants and add a special instruction in the notes section mentioning the details.

We strongly recommend to stay in the hotel to make best use of the event. Even the local organizers are staying in the hotel for maximum socialization.

Rent a car – Cars can be rented directly from the airport through any national car rental companies. But you would like to rent a car later for short period to go around the city or near by areas, there are 2 car rental companies within blocks of the hotel. They are:

Sheraton Cerritos Hotel offers complimentary self-parking to attendees.

The Sheraton Cerritos does not offer shuttle service to or from the hotel. However, Blue Star Shuttle frequents the airport every 30 minutes between 7am and midnight.

Taxis are readily available for your convenience. Hotel front desk and door staff can assist you in process.

Town cars or private vehicles can be scheduled with the front desk at any time prior to your arrival, during your stay and as you depart. Most private vehicles require a reservation made at least 60 minutes before your pickup time. Please check with hotel concierge for arrangements.

If you are an NIT Rourkela alumnus or alumna, we prefer you attend the event and meet with all the alumni.

Membership dues are tax deductible, but convention charges are not since you are receiving service.
