A pool King Size Bed and Two Queen Bed rooms will be reserved through NITROAA. This will offer 6.8% NJ Sales Tax benefits that NITROAA will receive through NJ Sales Tax Waiver (ST-5) form. In turn, alumni will save on tax which is $9 per night. During the registration for the convention, book hotel rooms for 8/4 and 8/5 nights. Preference between King Bed and Two Double Bed rooms can be selected at that time. No need to call hotel or visiting hotel link to book. One stop convention registration will take care of hotel booking. Booking hotel room is an optional item in the booking form. We encourage you to book the rooms at the time of registration. 70 discounted rooms are reserved at discounted price that include breakfast for 2 at $129 per night, breakfast for 3 at $139 and 4 at $149 before occupancy taxes (State – 5% and Municipality – 3% = 8%). Hotel room rate presented in the registration form is inclusive of the occupancy taxes and PayPal commission, but excludes the state sales tax which alumni will save.
Rooms will include hot breakfast, Wi-Fi and free parking.
Hotel will require a credit card on the file for incidentals. Charges to room will not be allowed.
