• “Recent Graduates” : “We are offering an option to recently graduated students to register with shared accommodation for $220 which is $100 off the regular cost of registration and shared accommodation. Please note: You should have Graduated after 2018 Sep..”

• Five alumni from the same batch or same town need to register individually on the same day using the Full Registration.
• One of the members in the group should send an email to 2019Boston@niraaoverseas.org with the below mentioned information.

Subject:-Group registration
CC:- All 5 members
Body:- Name and mailing address of all the five members in the group and the date of registration

• The registration team will review it and issue the refund checks directly to the individuals
• Note that the refund of 25$ per registration is applicable for alumni registration only and not for the family members registration.

• Hotel Bookings: To book your hotel room at a negotiated low price, use the The Westin Waltham Boston hotel portal. 
• Refund Policy:
  • Cancellations to be received by July 31, 2019.
  • In order to avoid loss of value, transfer of the registration ticket to another alumni or student is recommended.by sending email to 2019Boston@niraaoverseas.org
  • NOTE: If Alum decides not to transfer the registration, We will refund after all P&L for the Boston Convention is completed.
